DARKNESS OR LIGHT?
Have you ever been in a pitch-black place where no sliver of light is
showing? You are blinded and don’t know which way to turn. You stumble
into or over objects that you don’t know are in your way.
This is the darkness of sin. You want the Light. First, ask Jesus to
forgive you, then GO! --- go quickly and ask forgiveness of your brother.
Humble yourself and love your brother. The Light of Jesus Christ will wrap
you in peace.
The word of God is clear. Verse 17 says, “And the
world and its desire are passing away, but those who do the will of God
live forever.”
We need only to love our brother as ourselves. Jesus forgives our sins
and brings us into the Light and restores us in love and peace.
Holy God, we thank you for Jesus Christ our Savior, who forgives us.
Please restore that right spirit within us and give us your peace. Amen
